- Analyze the filtered results from German tender platforms based on the criteria of IT and software development. Identify any requirements that cannot be fulfilled and select the most promising results for further examination by other experts.
- Manage the more formal aspects of the tender application (with possible support from other team members).
- Collaborate with a team of experts to complete the tender offer within the given timeframe. Act as a project manager for all tender-related activities, including communication with the tender issuer.
- Over time, systematically collect company-related documents (financial, references, other declarations, etc.) that are often required for tenders.

- Proficiency in the German language at an advanced level
- A certain IT background would be preferred
