This role is fully responsible and oversees all matters relating to Non-SAP Applications related to Sales function – making sure fully compliant with the Company (including Suntory and PepsiCo) and local regulations.
1. 70% - Being responsible to deliver service level commitment of IT to businesses relating to Non-SAP Applications.
2. 10% - Building the capability of IT team and Non-SAP-Sales users – over-sighting 3rd parties of Non-SAP Applications.
3. 20% - Consulting to LM/Head of IT about the Non-SAP landscape and proposing policies, and procedures to help applications work more efficiently.
Job Details:
1. Be a business partner, and play the role of IT's the first contact point with Sales for all IT-related matters.
2. Closely work with Sales stakeholders, understand their requirements, business needs, and processes, and translate them into technical solutions by developing/enhancing systems, and applications for simplification and automation (eg: financial planning, control, budgeting, etc).
3. Be a Project Assistant/ Manager for all projects related to Sales systems from discovering stage to building a network, managing the project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing till launching, and change management.
4. Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver high-quality IT services within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
5. Be a single Point of Contact on systems related to Sales. Acts as a focal point for communicating related system problems within the IT department and collaborates with other IT, business teams, and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
6. Resolve Incidents & manage problems of Sales systems/applications in compliance with IT Information Library / Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT).
7. Ensure compliance with IT policy and effective execution of IT Governance.
8. Join in together with the Infrastructure team to develop a contingency plan (backup plan) for applications and performance tests.
9. Bring new technology & ideas to life with the purpose to enhance Sales business performance (eg: Internet of Things, Operational Technology, Cloud, Machine Learning, Smart Sales Assistants, DMS 2.0, …).
10. Cooperate with other IT functions to implement IT projects to deliver expected value (eg: join SAP project for Sales related modules, …).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3+ years overall working experience in information technology with at least 2 years of application team member
- At least 3 years experience in execution of IT Service Management and of IT Control (relevance or equivalence to COBIT5).
- Good knowledge of system integration (ETL, host to host, SFTP, XML file…).
- Strong at system analysis in root cause analysis and problems solving to promptly support high-priority incidents.
- Good at Project Management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving, presentation; business partnering attitude.
- Good at customer service and teamwork.
- Commitment to meet deadlines and willingness to support business.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Work experience in an MNC environment with regional/global exposure is an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience with FMCG or F&B industry are preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft systems and mobility applications is preferred
- Good at Business Key processes design
- Good at control, compliance, and system management for software
- Strong at business analysis to providing good IT solutions for business needs
- Advanced English
