IT Business Partner - Marketing (IT Project Manager)

Key objectives - Responsible for technical consultant, data analytics and the digitalization roadmap execution for marketing Job Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and consult technical solutions to business stakeholders - Lead project teams and be responsible for delivering digitalization projects on time, within scope, within budget and meeting stakeholder expectations - Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that vendors deliver on their commitments - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers - Develop and maintain a good understanding of the commercial business processes, including sales, marketing, trade promotion, and budgeting - Ensure that the project team is service and business-oriented and focused on delivering outcomes that meet business needs - Be responsible for system operation, improvement and maintenance (including but not limited to Salesforce DC, Salesforce MC, Reporting system, data integration, and loyalty platform) - Be responsible for data segmentation, data reporting, data analytics, and insights generation from Friso Mom Club data system - Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields - Experience: Experience in data analyst position, at least 5 years in ICT project management, with a focus on data and digitalization in marketing - Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong service and business orientation, with a focus on delivering outcomes that meet business needs - Language: Vietnamese and Proficient English - Knowledge and experience in at least one customer data solution on the market. Salesforce experience is recommended.
