IT Business Partner - SAP B1

Key objectives

- Responsible for the process digitalization of following key areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Production, Finance.

- Maintain and support SAP B1 as an IT Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities

- Build strategic relationships with partners to stimulate, surface, and shape their needs and requirements.

- Ensure that the designed business processes, digitalization solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners, and that they are delivered in a way that drives the greatest possible value and impact.

- Develop deployment plan and schedules, and monitor progress against objectives.

- Manage risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed.

- Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.

- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the responsible business area.

- Oriented and focused on delivering outcomes that meet business needs.

- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

- Experience in consulting position for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP,...

- At least 3 years experience of SAP B1 implementation for lead team position.

- Good communication, problem-solving, consulting skills.

- Good English communication skill.

- Familiar with one of following business area: Sales, Procurement, Finances, Production.
