• Translate system documents

• Analyze and clarify requirements from the customer and then convey them to the development team and vice versa

• Act as the host in MTGs in the project such as daily standup, MTG review, technical exchange

• Conduct testing of parts that the team has developed before presenting to the customer

• Conduct demos, report work progress to Japanese customers in MTG Review sessions

• Japanese level N1 or N2 with fluent communication skills

• Have 2+ years of experience as an IT communicator/translator in an IT company

• Have experience working with the Agile scrum development model

• Have experience in translating MTGs such as daily standup, MTG review…

• Have experience in managing progress and reporting progress to Japanese customers as a sub PM

• Have testing experience
