Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assisting CIO on strategic planning and implementation of all IT programs, services and policies.
- Provided planning, developing, and implementing information technology initiatives.
- Managed IT-related departments for the stable and continuous operation of the securities IT system.
- Managed the processing status of the IT department for requests from other departments and coordinates schedules.
- Efficiently coordinated the work of each IT-related department and allocate personnel.
- Governing oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management.
- Discovering risks in IT operation; determine the resolution if required; notify CIO and other relevant management in advance.
- Managed the budget & expense to sure projects and operations running in managed budget manner.
- Worked with CIO on determine the annual budget, review changes quarterly.
- Determined the performance of human resource in deliverable team
- Planing and managing the resource pool with proper forecasting for delivery.
- Assisting/coaching project managers on controlling the expense of vendor; Ensure the vendor performing as their commitment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience in the financial sector included 5 years on management experience.
- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is a must.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sub-ordinates, users, and other levels.
- Experience on budgeting, cost control, cost saving in technology department.
- Experience on IT departmental management.
- Experience leading / managing PMO services and functions supporting IT Projects.
- Ability to apply innovative thinking in conjunction with a technical understanding of emerging technologies to address needs and problems of providing recommendation to the business units.
- Ability to review and modify business processes to meet the ever changing needs of a complex and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership to support a clear IT vision and the ability to execute decisions.
- Ability to withstand pressure, enthusiasm, creativity in work, and ability to research new technologies.
- Ability to analyze the causes of problems and find optimal solutions.
- Honesty, high sense of responsibility at work.
* Working conditions:
- Number of working days in a week: 05 days, from Monday to Friday (Morning from 08:00 to 12:00; Afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00)

- 20 days leave per year.
