Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Designing and improving projects for implementation.
2. Understanding system administration and how network hardware and technologies work.
3. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
4. Maintain the factory voice system.
5. Maintain the factory printer, RF gun.
6. Manage the hardware inventory.
7. Install and do basic configuration for server.
8. Manage domain users and share folder management.
9. Managing the security of computer systems and inter-application information transfers.
10. End-user training.
11. Monitoring operating system performance (i.e., Windows, Linux, Network)
12. Additional responsibility in shift
13. Escalate incident to next level and support incident solving.
14. Support administrators to execute the project.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology field.
2. Experiences:
- Problem-solving skill.
- Understanding the AD user, group and computer account.
- Interpersonal communication.
- Basic knowledge of networking, security and other infrastructure services.
- Ability to self-train new technologies.
- Expert with windows clients (7,10).
- Understanding of manufacturing process and application is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL V3 process and ticketing tool
- Good English communication.
