IT Executive

• Act as a key core business application expert and provide training to local end users

• Understand local business requirements and propose improvement on existing work processes

• Prepare and maintain high quality of IT documentations

• Support and maintain all IT equipment

• Ensure and maintain the stability of network connectivity

• Liaison with local vendors for IT procurement

• Prepare for annual IT budget for local office

• Coordinate and collaborate with Asia IT team

• Communicate with headquarters IT team for ticket escalation and follow-up cases

• Ad-hoc projects/ tasks assigned by supervisor

• Hands on experience on IT System administration, Active Directory administration, network troubleshooting…etc.

• Sound knowledge on network and ICT products, network switch, firewall, router, wireless network, VPN, video conference…etc.

• Familiar with Microsoft operating systems, such as Windows 10/11, 2008/2012/2016…etc.

• Familiar with general office and cloud-based applications, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams…etc.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good documentation skills

• Able to identify and solve problems with strong sense of ownership

• A good team player who can work independently and able to work under pressure

• Customer service-oriented attitude

• Willing to travel to factory on ad-hoc basis

• Good command in both written and spoken English is a MUST
