IT Executive (Hanoi Head Office - 405)

- Position: 01 IT Executive

- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Report to: Senior Manager/Team Leader

Job Description:

1) Ability to read and understand deliverables of system development provided by IT vendors in general, and point out some deficiencies to them. (20%)

2) Ability to understand the man-hours of IT engineers and negotiate with IT vendors while balancing practicality and cost appropriateness of IT investment like system development, maintenance services and so on. (20%)

3) Manage information security level for all employees in entire company following company regulation and group policy. (20%)

4) Consider and propose company information security solution. (10%)

5) Facilitate and take a leadership for the IT project like developing new system. (10%)

6) Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directly and Windows server management. (10%)

7) Support and answer question/ requirements of the problem related to IT with end user. Consulting end user when there are new requirements to change. (5%)

8) Support for business software, internal control systems, office informatics. (5%)

1. College or Bachelor degree in IT or relevant fields.

2. Working experience: Have at least 2-5 years of working experience.

- Have experience in relevant fields: IT hardware/software, IT help-desk, manage software/system development projects.

- Experience of Project Manager for system development is an advantage, including: Requirement definition of users. Communication and negotiation skills to communicate with vendors to proceed project.

4. Have leadership and team management experience.

5. Able to use English at work.

6. Good MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Be honest and careful.

8. Be hard-working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.

9. Has good planning and organizing skill.
