IT Helpdesk cum HR support (English speaking)

IT Helpdesk (60%)

• Ensure stable network performance and system connectivity.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, networks, emails, company websites, and software.

• Manage IT assets: inventory, issuance, retrieval, and periodic audits.

• Set up and deactivate system accounts for onboarding/offboarding.

• Perform data backup and basic server monitoring.

• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and technical support.

• Prepare monthly IT reports, payment requests, and the annual budget for IT equipment and services.

• Set up meeting rooms, equipment, and logistics for internal events.

* Research and apply AI tools to help improve operation workflows and productivities

HR/ Internal Event Support (40%)

• Assist HR Department in onboarding, offboarding processes, organizing internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

• Create internal communications and simple designs (posters, announcements, recaps) using Canva/Photoshop or basic video editing tools.

• Good English communication.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support.

• Good technical knowledge in Windows 365, networks, hardware & software, troubleshooting, server management, cybersecurity, and general IT services and equipments.

• Have passion on AI tools and digital transformation, marketing/social activities is a plus

• Basic design skills (Canva/Capcut) is preferable

• High sense of responsibility, honesty, proactiveness, CAN-DO attitude and willingness to learn new things for self-development
