1. IT production operating system (ERP and MES) maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade
2. Support/troubleshoot for end-user about using IT software/hardware/system
3. Make IT document (SOP, Form, Policy, training,...)
4. Manage computers, IT common/shared assets and license
5. Other tasks from manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's degree of Information Technology major. Fresher is welcome
2. English: Communication is a must
3. Experience about Windows, Office365, Printer/Fax, Telephone, Network and computer hardware is preferred
4. Good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure.
