Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and Provisioning IT Asset (H/W, S/W, Governance, Service)
2. Manage and operate IT Service Desk, IT Help Desk.
3. Factory Security Operations (OT Security).
4. Manage and maintain M365(Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/One-Drive).
5. Perform regular security updates to mitigate security vulnerabilities and keep endpoint
updated to improve.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, security
7. Responsible for Governance management
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (required)
2. Experiences:
• 5-7 years applicable experience in an IT related field (preferred)
3. Skills:
• English communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal and customer service skills.
