IT Infrastructure & Helpdesk Staff

• Install, configure, and maintain the hardware and software components of the Piaggio Vietnam (PVN) network, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, etc.

• Monitor the performance and security of the PVN network, troubleshoot any issues, and implement backup and recovery plans

• Respond to the requests and inquiries of the PVN users, provide technical assistance and guidance, and resolve any problems related to the PVN network and applications

• Document the PVN network configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices, and update them regularly

• Support APAC sites on ICT solutions/services (with team)

• Provide technical support/ advice to other departments

• Implement or coordinate the implementation of the appropriate solutions or workarounds to resolve the incidents as quickly as possible, following the incident management process and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field

• At least 1 year of working experience in IT infrastructure and helpdesk field

• Good English is required

• Good knowledge about: Cisco network devices configuration; IBM servers configuration and monitoring; Virtual farm configuration and monitoring; Microsoft services configuration and operation
