LOCATION: VSIP1, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province
This position is responsible for:
• Reporting directly to the Regional Manager; be a partner with BU Leaders in Vietnam.
• Ensuring the effective use of information and communication technologies in support of Company business operations in Vietnam and providing leadership to Local ERP ongoing activities.
• Leading all aspects of the Information Technology Services, including business applications, networking, telecommunications, databases, systems integration, and staff management, and working closely with other Company departments to develop a thorough knowledge of their business processes and system requirements.
• Leading business systems implementation and optimization programs locally and collaborating with Asia / Corporate in the delivery of Global Services.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ YOE in information systems development and support and/or managing an information systems department. With 3+ years experience in a project or personnel leadership role.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Demonstrate experience in systems project management and business systems implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and integrated business systems.
• Excellent customer service skills including listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management of all level.
• Exposure to system development technologies (SDLC, Database, Reporting), infrastructure management (networking, desktop, and server management) and service delivery.
• 8+ YOE in information systems development and support and/or managing an information systems department. With 3+ years experience in a project or personnel leadership role.
