IT Manager with Coding Experience

JOB SUMMARY: As the IT Manager with coding experience, you will be responsible for maintaining fully functional IT systems across our chain of clinics, minimizing downtime, and ensuring our staff have the necessary tools and training for productive and efficient operations. This role uniquely blends strong IT infrastructure management with hands-on coding skills to automate processes, optimize data handling, and facilitate system integrations within a healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across multiple clinic sites.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT Officers to ensure high performance and skill development.

• Develop, implement, and maintain scripts for IT operations automation, routine tasks, and system health checks.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration between various clinic management systems using APIs or other programmatic interfaces.

• Troubleshoot IT issues, including those related to custom scripts or database interactions.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese IT regulations regarding circuit lines and equipment installation.

• Provide support and perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

SUBORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION CHANNELS:

• Work under the supervision of the CEO.

• Directly supervise two (3) IT Officers based at HCMC.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or Engineering is required.

Experience:

• Must have at least 10 years of experience.

• At least 3 year of experience in a supervisory position is required.

• Hands-on experience.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
