IT MES Engineer

1. Software application support hardware troubleshooting

2. Understanding of various Hardware components of applications like Clients, network etc.

3. Troubleshooting data issues as related to manufacturing process

4. Coordinate incident response and escalation

5. Application Client software installation and configuration knowledge / experience

6. Good trouble shooting and analysis skills for workstations, interfaces to machine clients

7. Remote support by phone 1 week / 1 month

1. Educational background: Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability

2. Experiences:

- Prior manufacturing work experience

- Good knowledge in software/web application development using C++/C#

- Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle.

- Experience with database tools and relational data flows

- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems and manufacturing process is plus.

- Well-developed multi-tasking capabilities and experience under pressure

- Ability to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment

- Knowledge of Windows environment and computer hardware and software at an intermediate or advanced level.

- Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients

- Fluency in writing, listening and speaking English

- Experience: Around 02 years

3. Skills: Good collaboration and communication skills in English, basic IT skills (MS Office).
