IT Officer

We continue to experience huge business growth, and we are looking for experienced IT Officer who will be able to perform main tasks as below:

• Provide the technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Diagnose and resolve computer system and network problems promptly to minimize downtime.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

• Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches.

• Assist with server, workstation, and network device configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

• Maintain IT inventory records and documentation for all equipment and software.

• Support the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.

• Other duties as assigned.

- Computer Science, Engineering, Network and/or related field graduates.

- 4~7 years of experience in a relevant position.

- Experience with Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus).

- Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, network routing and Internet connection technologies.

- Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot.

- Ability to follow procedures and report on activity.

- Ability to work in a flexible hours when required.

- Good understanding of data security concepts and especially data confidentiality.
