IT Project Communicator / Bridge PM (KOREAN Enterprise Systems)

• Understand and analyze business processes related to ERP and CRM systems.

• Facilitate communication between developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

• Support project management activities, including documentation review and schedule management.

• Utilize Jira for issue tracking and project coordination.

• Conduct requirement analysis to ensure project specifications are met.

• Assist in technical communication, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams.

• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of APIs and database structures relevant to projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.

- University degree or above in any fields related to Korean language;

- At least 5 years of experience working as Korean Interpreter/Assistant;

- Proficient in Korean, Topik 6 or above;

- Support PM-level schedule management:

- Review and understand database structures: Table relationships, Basic schema logic

- Excellent communication and written skills in both Vietnamese and Korean;

- Proactive, self-learning and high responsible

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis.

• Proficient in technical communication and documentation.

• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira.

• Ability to manage schedules and track issues effectively.

• Understanding of APIs and database concepts.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean are a plus.

• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and project alignment.
