IT Project Manager

Project Management:

- Coordinates with all stakeholders & proactively joins all concurrent projects.

- Joins almost all meetings with partners, vendors & BUs.

- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, scope of project, and budgets.

- Develops, maintains, tracks, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information of the projects and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

IT Management support:

- Support & advise IT team, IT Systems to map with business strategy

- Requirements from CTO, BOD, Head of Projects

- At least 3 years with Project Manager or Project Coordinator.

- Good knowledge base about IT Applications, DMS, WMS, OMS, CRM, Sales, DWH...

- Highly teamwork-oriented and able to manage members' workload.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working on E-Commerce channels.

- SQL, Report, Database skills.

- Ability to report with high accuracy.

- Multitasking skills.

Nice to have:

- Support writing BRD if needed.

- Can support more on SQL, BI.

- Practice/hands-on experience with the above applications/systems.
