• Change management and digital transformation:

• Coordinate projects
• Communicate to Stakeholders
• Ensure timelines and project plans are up to date.
• Provide project and administrative support including monitoring project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met, updating risks and issues, producing reports.
Project Management:
• Plan and execute multiple projects across Rheem Vietnam. Coordinate defined projects from inception to completion. Estimate timeframes and resources required to implement projects successfully.
• Confirm that project plans are agreed at inception, that at any point of time, status, risk, progress, and achievability of milestones/deadlines are available and that deviations are managed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with representatives from other functional areas to resolve issues and improve service/delivery and handling projects or tasks.
• Lead and direct project delivery within the defined requirements having developed full-scale resource plans. Manage the expenditure of project budgets to meet set milestones.
• Develop and implement best-practice frameworks to gather ideas, develop proposal documentation, feasibility considerations and sign-off process to deliver projects.
• Manage, maintain, track and monitor project plans.
• Construct requirement documentation and presentations
• Act as the central point of contact for all projects, managing stakeholder satisfaction, commitment and expectations and take accountability for escalation.
• Serve as a key resource for obtaining engagement documents (i.e., Statement of Work) and work with the cross-functional teams to interpret all process documents.
• Escalate issues to the General Director
Process and Communication:
• Work with stakeholders to define change strategy and implement all related change programs for the given project/business stream.
• Enable continuous process improvements for all the project streams.
• Optimize, improve, and develop processes to enhance and contribute to project performance.
• Recognize and leverage internal strengths to improve overall customer/user experience or process effectiveness.
• Manage relationships to influence and direct others to drive the planned project and continuous improvement activities.
• Control revision of all architectural designs that may have changed at the local level.
Ongoing IT accountabilities
• Direct liaison with appointed IT service partners or subcontractors, including contractual maintenance.
• Maintenance, development and continual improvement of Systems, Processes, Tools and standard operating policies, procedures, and guidelines – where applicable benchmarking on Rheem group policies and procedures, or the development of new systems where known risks are identified.
• Be the Key Contact for Internal Audit and External Audit activities related to information technology activities.
• Ongoing IT maintenance and upgrade of systems, networks, phone systems (including mobile phones), hardware and software used in operations, on site and hosting environments.
• Management of all IT furniture and assets, including record keeping, assignment to employees, including asset tagging
• Preparation of Capital or Maintenance Expenditure requests for replacement or maintenance of existing assets.
• Maintain a plant risk register.
• Keeping consumables working.
• Maintaining Internet and network speed
• Liaising with Rheem US and Rheem Australia IT support related to project, hardware, software, maintenance, and/or upgrades.
• Security of control documents, data privacy, software, hardware, phone and communication systems, consumables, as well as the server room.
• Owner of the company server Tape backup drives including offsite storage of tape drives (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) as per company procedures.
• Applies the Health and Safety Standards as defined by Government legislation and regulations.

Education and Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
• Professional certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), is highly valued.
Experience – level and years:
• 5+ years of IT generalist experience including 2+ years of experience with implementation of change projects within large organizations IT division with a focus on business improvement.
Rheem Required Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
Additional Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Experience in program management, project planning, development, cost tracking and execution across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting transformational initiatives across sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Sales, Marketing and Management, and work comfortably across business units.
• Strong leadership and management skills, organize, motivate, and manage staff and cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
• Capacity to evaluate, organize, analyze, and communicate relevant facts and concepts.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and advise on business process changes and improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to translate problems to solutions and clearly articulate the benefits to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
