1. Senior-Level IT Talent Acquisition
• Proactively source and engage top-tier IT professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche tech communities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to fill high-impact roles like Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, DevOps Engineers, Architects, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
2. Candidate Assessment & Advisory
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
• Analyze candidates' motivations, values, and career goals to ensure alignment with company culture and mission.
• Act as an independent advisor by providing objective evaluations to hiring managers.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies.
• Build strong internal relationships to drive alignment and deliver results quickly.
4. Offer Negotiation & Candidate Experience
• Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure successful offer acceptance.
• Champion a positive candidate experience from the first contact through onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted contact point for high-value candidates throughout the process.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
• Identify new sourcing channels and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Generate recruitment market reports and insights for leadership teams.
6. Reporting & Systems Management
• Report weekly updates on pipeline status, key metrics, and hiring bottlenecks.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on senior or executive-level hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software development stacks, cloud technologies, and modern IT ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially in technical contexts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent hiring projects.
• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and applicant tracking systems.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a candidate-first mindset.
