Inspius, headquartered in Singapore, helps small and medium tech companies in Singapore to hire and manage software engineers in Vietnam.
• Expected monthly KPI: 1-2 senior developers, 1-2 junior developers.
• Manage the entire selection process, including requirement collection, development of job descriptions and recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of the on-boarding process.
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with teams to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matching, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Must have a track record of the expected monthly KPI in the IT industry. Track record of recruitment in areas other than IT will not be considered.
• Experience in hiring for external clients is a huge plus.
• Ability to communicate in English is a huge plus.
• Attractive salary package: Base salary of between 10,000,000 VND to 35,000,000 VND, depending on your experience, skill and track records (higher salaries are negotiable).
