Perform day to day IT operation support, IT trouble shooting, maintaining SLA, Gather and analyze new utilize responsible IT assets and provide support to deliver IT project related to hardware, network in office, software and business application as below: 1. Work with IT VN Head to support the use of existing hardware and network. - Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. - Planning maintaining, replacing and building a network system for the office. - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. - Respond promptly to issues and service requests. - Provide company-wide technical support ( available in person or by phone) - Set up accounts for new users. - Repair and replace equipment as necessary - Test new technology 2. Gather and analyze new business requirements, work with IT VN Head and coordinate with IT from head office to propose best-fit solutions as well as supporting testing, training and go-live. 3. Manage and perform day-to-day IT operation support, troubleshooting, maintaining SLA, tracking using the ticketing system and delivering internal IT training - Research and coordinate with relevant departments to solve technical problems. - Collect information as well as comments or feedback from end-users. 4. Manage, utilize (procure, upgrade, rotate, replace) and maintain inventory of computers, other end user’s devices, conferencing devices. 5. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related field. • 2 years’ experience in IT technical support and network, software. • High professional level, great learning spirit: IT support needs to be enthusiastic and responsible for the job; know security, hardware and software of computers, servers, networks, and network systems, LAN/WAN,... Experience in installing software, OS, support in handling issues and problems related to devices and network systems. • Ability to analyze and understand business requirements and facilitate communication between users and IT. • Service-minded, proactive, creative, analytical and logical thinking, teamwork, communication, problem-solving and time management skills. English: TOEIC 550 and above, have ability to communicate, join meetings, write reports, emails in English. ** Headcount of Amata City Long Thanh JSC. ** Workplace: 1.
