IT Supervisor - Hưng Yên

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users at the Hung Yen site, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to understand business processes and deliver IT solutions that improve operational effectiveness.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Operation applications, systems, and hardware in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand the local site’s IT architecture to provide appropriate technical solutions and consultancy to business and operations teams.

• Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control, usage monitoring, and compliance with corporate policies.

• Develop, document, and implement IT procedures and best practices to standardize support and ensure business continuity.

• Proficient in using computers, particularly Microsoft Office M365.

• Strong knowledge of network systems with good analytical skills and experience IT scope.

• Self-disciplined, with the ability to work night shifts and perform well under high-pressure conditions.

• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and diligent in task execution.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and environments.

• Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and propose effective solutions.

• Reliable and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks.

• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.

• Experience in ITIL process, Office 365 knowledge.

• 3-5 years experienced in IT infrastructure management, end-user support, and IT operations.

• Strong understanding of networking, IT security, and enterprise-level application systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and liaise with external partners.

• Good English skills.

• Self-disciplinal with ability to work at night shift or under high pressure.

• Able to work on own initiative, flexibility, innovative reliable (in order to take responsibility and ownership of completing assignments).

• Ability to work in teamwork.
