*Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support to end-users
• Support IT for internal and external events (seminar, workshop)
• Set up PCs (hardware, software) and mobile devices
• Manage accounts
• Manage shared IT devices
• Create IT documentation
• Maintain IT Inventory
• Involve in purchasing procedures and documents
• Liaise with local vendors, suppliers and third-party partners
Job requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Experience in setting up and managing PCs (Windows, macOS) and smartphones (iPhone, Android)
• Office 365 (Outlook, Office Application, Teams…etc.)
• Basic knowledge of PC/MAC hardware, software (Microsoft Windows)
• Good English in communication, reading and writing
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for providing IT support services
• Willing to learn
• CV in English only
