Mô Tả Công Việc
- Conduct first line support / troubleshooting to any reported incident.
- Coordinate software and hardware installation, testing and operations.
- Assist in monitoring network/system resources, utilization, follow-up with related teams for preventive plan, improvement plan, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, topology diagram, rack layout and technical documentations.
- Perform ad-hoc support as assigned.
- Troubleshooting incident report.
- Working on flexible shift patterns (on called duty or onsite).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Cloud technologies.
2. Enterprise level support environments.
• Application/System Services:
• OS series: Windows Server, Unix & Linux server.
• Physical devices.
1. ITIL qualification or awareness of the ITIL processes and ticket systems (ServiceNOW, Atlassian, TOPdesk, SysAid…).
2. Experience in a multi-client solutions provider.
3. Good using English.
