Help Desk Support:
Provide first-level technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in troubleshooting technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Set up and configure laptops, and other IT equipment for new employees.
IT Administration:
Support the IT team in maintaining inventory of equipment and software, support Asset team to manage IT equipment and documents.
Yêu cầu công việc
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
