In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our IT Supporting Team, located in our Ho Chi Minh City office as IT Support Officer. The role provides an opportunity for a qualified individual with exposure of IT maintenance and system in Vietnam to further develop their skills within Acclime Vietnam. The position enables you to take responsibility for all aspects relevant to IT facilities and systems.
This role will help you take your career to the next level, and we will be there with you to guide you throughout your professional growth and ensure you reach your true potential.
What you will do. A day in the life.
The IT Support Officer reports directly to the Regional IT Manager and the primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of IT facilities and system and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Sounds exciting? Let’s explore some of the key responsibilities of the position. On a given day, you will:
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring IT Infrastructure, services and applications
• Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Respond within agreed time limits to issues
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct safety and security checks on computer equipment and systems
• Liaise and maintain relationships with IT vendors
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Informatics Technology
• At least 3-5 years experiences in relevant position
• Good communication skill in English for both speaking and listening (Certificate required)
• End User Computing, Dell Windows OS v10 and above, Mac OS is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in desktop and laptop computer hardware
• Moving, migration and integration of IT infrastructure, office moves
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
• English communication skills
