Job Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the smooth, timely configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure in our company. In this role you will closely collaborate with a number of teams throughout the business to ensure unified performance and operation.
Duties will include and not be limited to:
• Installing hardware and software and managing virtual machines in the data centre and the cloud
• Monitoring and evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades
• Maintaining security through updates, patches, and proper permissions
• Performing data backups and virtual machine backups
• Providing technical support to systems and users
• Managing, operating and maintaining the IT infrastructure including network, firewall, DNS and DHCP server as well as other operation servers
• Reviewing and researching new technologies in collaboration with the business requirements to facilitate more efficient installation, management, performance and support
• Periodically reviewing system logs and reports to ensure that systems are working properly
• Providing technical assistance to users, include hardware and software issue
• Developing and enforcing the company IT policies
• Auditing IT assets, logs, and IT security policies

Job Requirement:
• + 3 years of previous work experience in a network administration role
• Academic degree in the area of Computer Science or a similar area
• Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 preferred
• Previous experience with Cisco/HP switches and routers is preferred
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent verbal and written English
• Prior experience in the multinational environment is desired
• CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE certification a plus
Candidate profile:
• High professional standards and strong work ethic
• Proactive and goal-oriented
• Able to present his/her arguments with confidence and in open manner
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good written, analytical and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
