Mô Tả Công Việc
- Main responsibility for Japanese staffs at PV and Japanese staffs from Japan on business trip
- Assumes case
- In-house several kinds of meetings at PV office (including the discussion with small number of people at PV office
- Visiting PV factories.
- Visiting customers
- Attending the seminar and making a presentation at the seminar
- Translate the materials from Vietnamese and Japanese (vice versa (note) Domestic business trip may occur.
***Administrative work:
- Support to Japanese staffs (making material in Vietnamese or in Japanese).
- Arrangement of business trip, car transfer etc.
- Arrangement of Japanese staff’s visa in corporation with HR at PV.
- Support to Japanese staffs in case of residence in Vietnam (finding an apartment etc) (note)Payment related matters(accounting related matters)should be continuously handled directly or centralized by PV’s department.
Report lines:
- Report to the Head of ASEAN Business Promotion Department upon request.
- Report arising problems beyond authority.
Others:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of ASEAN Business Promotion Department.
***AUTHORITY:
- Have the right to refuse to stamp the document when the content, form and/or signer on the document is incorrect or contrary to the company's regulations.
- Have the right to refuse to copy and provide the company's documents when the request violates the company's confidentiality regulations.
- Propose measures to improve the efficiency of assigned tasks.
- Request a higher manager to consider and resolve difficult problems arising in the course of performing tasks when the direct manager refuses to consider and resolve the issue.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University diploma or higher
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test: Level N1, N2 or higher
- Read and understand documents in English
- Proficient in using computers (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Outlook)
- Ability to communicate quickly
***Knowledge:
- Find out about Interpreter jobs

- Have good communication and presentation skills

***Experience:
- Experience working as an Interpreter from 1 - 2 years.
