Responsibilities

• Perform HR or Accounting-related tasks as required by the client (the specific tasks will be trained on during work).

• Process monthly payroll, income tax, and make year-end tax adjustments for the client’s HR department.

• Communicate and collaborate with Japanese clients through various channels such as email, Microsoft Teams, and meetings when necessary.

• Good to excellent Japanese language proficiency, N3 UP.

• Proficient in using office productivity software, or at least at a basic level.

• Able to work full-time at the company.

• Careful and highly responsible in carrying out work.

• Knowledge/experience in HR or Accounting is an advantage (or will be trained after joining the company).

• Candidates who have worked in Japan or graduated in fields such as Economics, International Trade, Foreign Languages, Education, Human Resource Management, etc. have an advantage.
