2. Location: HN Office or any sites as assigned by the company
3. Role Overview:
• Report to Line Manager in the role of the construction division. This is to be applied within the Company business;
• Preparing tender dossiers; Project execution plan and execution budget;
• Directing and managing all activities of the project; directing the project team;
• Technical report in subject of project work;
• Coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants during project works;
• Ensure all activities with the best quality by most saving cost and safety and on time;
• Handling technical issues raised from project works;
• Providing and updating project works statement in regular basic;
• To establish & maintain for a project about (1) Project Planning, (2) Cost Management, (3) Programme/Progress Management, (4) Quality Management, (5) Safety Management;
• Performs other related duties as assigned;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in factory construction and project management.
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 for the construction field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Good communication in English (or Vietnamese) language.
• Self-motivated, proactive, disciplines.
• Have responsibilities in work.
