Japanese-Speaking Project Coordinator

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Based on project specifications handed over by Sale team, conduct online survey on the Koeeru platforms and perform related tasks (creating surveys, sampling and collecting data, processing data and reporting)

• Review GR/CX questionnaires for problems/feasibility

• Contact vendors and negotiate sampling costs

• Translation coordination with translators and proofreaders

• Communicate and discuss with IT and Sales team to solve problems/issues to ensure the schedule and quality are met.

• Arrange the schedule, adjust, and work directly with clients for GR/CX projects via email

• Perform other operational tasks related to IT projects if requested.

• Perform community management tasks as needed (User/Panelist communications and incentives support, etc.)

• Japanese Communication Ability (no qualification required)

• Basic English skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Japanese working environment, preferably in Japan

• Experience in project management, coordination, and client-facing roles

• Team player with self-starting attitude

• Basic PC skills, good MS Excel

• Detail-oriented, responsive, responsible, and a strong problem-solver

Strongly preferred:

• Working experience in the Market Research industry

• Ability to customize basic level Java Scripts

Salary package

- Expected salary: 800$ -1100$ gross

- Probation period: 2 months

- Salary review: Yearly

- Bonus: yearly, based on the company, team performance
