***Key responsibilities: You will pave the way for generating new business, and leverage on World of Hyatt to encourage loyal Hyatt guests to enjoy the grand life. You will ensure that rooms revenue is within expectation, maximize revenue and profits, and drive hotel's positive performance in the marketplace.
Moving forward you will develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Sales Strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Events and all other revenue generating departments. You will ensure sales activities are aligned with the corporate marketing strategy and hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate. You will be review sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting program history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment documents.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management
- Experience in 5 star luxury environment
- English language skill at upper- intermediate level
- Japanese language skill equivalent to N3 or above
