At LittleBIG Connection - one of Mantu's brands, we value the role of a software developer. Above and beyond technological aspects, which are constantly changing, the software developer fulfils an important role: building our SaaS solution by translating specific professional, product, and financial needs from our product team, into quality source code, with a focus on design.
Working within a task force, you will help develop one or several modules of the LittleBIG Connection platform
and will be fully involved in the team operations.
Software development/product evolutions:
• Analyze and challenge product specifications
• Actively participate in committees
• Manage software development
• Urgently address defects highlighted by the Certification team
• Ensure the continuous update of the JIRA activity repository
Software development/problem solving, hot fixing & assistance:
• Investigate, analyze
• Engage in discussion with support level2 and/or customer support, business teams, and all stakeholders
• Solve problems
• Develop in hot fixing mode (minimal impact, workaround)

Background in IT engineering or similar, desire to evolve in a scale-up environment
- At least 3 years of experience with similar role/ solid experience with Java
- Good full stack mastery of Java and Angular
- Industry knowledge of the development process (Code Review, Merge Request, Release Maven, …),
- Good Understanding of: JavaScript, GIT, Linux
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about development and technology, your main motivation will be your contribution to the
evolution of the codebase of an innovative SaaS solution. You will also be eager to investigate and solve problems
- Pragmatic, aware of the constraints and able to propose appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of working in a decentralized environment (multi-site development). You will be active, a good
communicator, and a self-starter. You ensure information is shared properly.
- Experience in a high-pressure SaaS-type solution and a B2B environment is desirable.
