One of the things that make me impress the most about PPTV is the childcare programs. It supports employees who has children a lot because it allows registering to reduce your working time daily to take care your children instead of stopping working like almost other companies. I think there are many people wondering why it says “Work, and Smile”. To me the slogan represents for the company’s wonderful target. It expects to be able to create a future where anyone can work to show their value and smile with their achievements.
