Company Introduction

KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (“KBSV”), a member of KB Securities and KB Financial Group (Korea) that is a highly quality investment banking securities services firm in Vietnam, which provides a wide range of financial services to a substantial and diversified client base, including corporations, institutional and individual investors.  
Founded in 2008, KBSV operates out of a headquater in Hanoi and two branches in CBD of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. KBSV has 160 employees, including 100 experienced brokers and 12 professional investment bankers.
KBSV has won award by HSX for “Securities Company with strongest growth in client trading accounts in 2014 & 2015” and award by Vietnam M&A 2015 Forum for “Outstanding M&A Advisor 2014 - 2016”. KBSV in Top 10 broker in listed stocks at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and UPCOM. Also in Top 10 broker in listed bonds at Ho Chi Minh Exchange (HSX). KBSV is proudly a member of KB Securities and KB Financial Group (Korea) since 09th October 2017.

Chủ tịch HĐQT

Ông Park Chun Soo hiện là Giám đốc điều hành của Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán KB Hàn Quốc. Ông Park tốt nghiệp ngành kinh tế, Đại học Quốc gia Seoul, Hàn Quốc năm 1995. Ông Park đã gắn bó với tập đoàn tài chính KB qua nhiều năm với kinh nghiệm đa dạng ở nhiều vị trí tại Tập đoàn cũng như các đơn vị thành viên: Ngân hàng KB, Đầu tư & Chứng khoán KB.
Ông Park Chun Soo chính thức trở thành Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị của CTCP Chứng khoán KB Việt Nam kể từ ngày 24/03/2018.

Ông Jeon Mun Cheol

Tổng Giám đốc

Ông Jeon Mun Cheol tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kinh tế Đại học Chung Ang. Sau khi tốt nghiệp năm 1992, ông bắt đầu làm việc cho Công ty Hyundai Securities tại Hàn Quốc. Đến năm 2005, ông giữ chức Giám đốc chi nhánh tại Công ty này. Từ 2017 đến tháng 3/2021, ông giữ chức vụ Giám đốc cấp cao - Phòng Kinh doanh Sản phẩm Tài chính của Công ty KB Securities Hàn Quốc. Ông Jeon Mun Cheol giữ chức vụ Tổng Giám đốc Công ty Chứng khoán KB Việt Nam từ ngày 06/03/2023.

Ông Choi Yun Sun

Giám đốc Tài chính

Ông Choi Yun Sun hiện là Giám đốc Tài chính Chứng khoán KB Việt Nam (KBSV). Ông theo học chuyên ngành Quản trị công tại Đại học Kyung, Hàn Quốc. Sau khi gia nhập Kyung Securities, tiền thân của KB Securities, ông đã có 16 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán. Ông Choi đã có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing, kế hoạch chiến lược và tài chính.
