REMUNERATION PACKAGE

The most valuable asset of TMIV is our people and our policy is to attract, develop and well reward talented people.
Our remuneration and benefit components include Basic Salary, various Fixed Allowances, 13th month Salary, Performance Bonus, Long-term Service Award, and other benefits in cash or in kind.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Our Company recognizes the importance of having skilled workforce in order to achieve both operational and strategic plans. We commit to promote training and development opportunities to all Employees through a blend of learning methods including on the job learning, internal and external courses, coaching, mentoring, conferences/ workshops/ seminars.

PAID LEAVES

The following paid leaves are granted to our Employees in addition to national holidays:
- Annual leave: Up to 15 days
- Sick leave: 03 fully-paid leave days without medical certification
- Birthday: 1 day
- Female leave: 2.5 days
- Parental leave: 02 fully-paid leave days for Male
