As an Account Development Representative within our Business Development team, you will be a full-time employee. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying new leads, managing early-stage client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. You will work closely with the team to develop proposals, coordinate projects and in client meetings. This position includes lead generation, prospect management, and revenue growth - ideal for individuals eager to build a long-term career in account management or business development.
Job Functions
Lead Prospecting
• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn and other prospecting channels.
• Support the Business Development team across all sales channels, including webinars, tradeshows, events, targeted advertising, inbound marketing, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Participate in lead qualification meetings and progressively manage the full lead lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect records in internal systems.
Prospect Management
• Support development of proposals and coordination of projects.
Team Support
• Embrace team’s revenue target through your own work and team engagement.
• Provide support to the Business Development team as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required:
• Up to 1 year of working experience.
• Native proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong fit with our company values and working culture.
Preferred:
• Exposure to professional services or industrial sectors.
• Experience in sales, partnership management, or marketing.
• Familiarity with Western business culture and communication styles.
