Junior Accountant

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. - Update/Track the accounts receivable and issue invoices. - Update/Track the accounts payable and perform reconciliations. - Update/Track the cash flows, bank statements and report to manager. - Check all invoices/full attachments and prepare the payment order in cash/bank, print out payment slips/vouchers, cash book, bank book daily to send to cashier for payment. - Check the expenses, payroll records. - Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly closings of balance, accounting books/data and VAT report. - Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles. - Go to the bank for transactions related to the company and receiving documents. - Go to authorities for jobs related to accounting and tax. - Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups. - Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. - Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation. - Work with other accounting projects or review data/reports as assigned by the manager.

- Education: BS degree in Accounting or related field. - Specialized knowledge: Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures updated regularly according to the Law. - Skills and Abilities: PC literacy (MS Office, in particular); Excellent at documentation system abilities; Excellent accounting software user. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality; Strong communications skills with Tax Officers. - Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant or in a relevant field.
