Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduated)

Receive requests/projects from client and JLL departments regarding their procurement requirements. Review and analyse each request, seeking clarification when needed.

Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to gather request/project requirements and conduct negotiations, ensuring successful closure of competitive quotation.

Provide price quotations to client and facilitate the ordering process upon receiving a Purchase Order (PO) from client.

Issue JLL PO to vendors/suppliers. Ensure all vendor contract in place following JLL Standard Contract Format.

Be responsible for delivery, handover, billing control and documentation:

+ Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with a large volume of data.

+ Manage all purchasing documents via system and interaction with company system like JDE, SAP, DAB, BRAVO/JAGGAER, SMARTSHEET,

Finance Management:

Be a liaison between finance, procurement, and operation teams.

Assist in financial processes to ensure that all expenditures are closely with monthly forecast.

Check & ensure all baseline PO from operation teams are recorded correctly onto the system.

Analyse processes to identify and fix the gaps.

Check submitted invoices to complete monthly tax report.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager
