Junior Accountant - Work with US Client

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Track monthly sales and expenses accurately.

- Manage inventory and supplies diligently.

- Update CAPEX records and handle refurbished unit sales.

- Use Quickbooks Advanced Inventory for modifications and reconciliations.

- Prepare property tax filings, ensuring data accuracy.

- Daily bank reconciliation

- Prepare monthly financial reports

WORKING HOURS: This position requires direct client interaction within the US, with working hours aligned to US time:

- The first 02 months: 9PM – 6AM (Mon – Fri)

- After that, working hours will be 2PM – 11PM (Mon – Fri)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in inventory management or retail preferred.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
