Junior Architect

• Junior Architect position in Ho Chi Minh City, for an individual currently based in Vietnam.

• Motivated to work on projects worldwide.

• Passionate about design, able to draft/re-design proposals under the supervision of Design Director.

• Have demonstrated experience working with: BIM (Autodesk Revit), plus general architectural and administrative software.

• Have demonstrated experience working with: Adobe InDesign and other presentation software for graphical representation of concepts.

• Ability and confidence to work independently on tasks is important to the role.

• Proactivity in finding potential design problems to be improved in drawing sets and at the BIM models.

• Some previous experience with site documentation is a plus.

• Communication within the company is in English.

Qualifications and Skills

• Open to Vietnamese and Expat applicants.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or above.

• Solid knowledge of general architectural and visual presentation software, with a requirement of Autodesk Revit proficiency.

• A knowledge and interest in visual representation methods, including but not limited to AI techniques is desirable.

• Graphic design knowledge is a plus.

• From 2-3 years of experience in the architectural field.

• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in hospitality or entertainment projects is a plus.

• Site experience dealing with site modifications is a plus.

• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.

• Good time management skills / punctuality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

• Positive and “can-do” attitude.

• Flexibility/ adaptability.

• Able to work well with others (online and offline) and under pressure.

• Self-motivated and able to organize own tasks for the most effective use of time.

• Good organizational skills.

• There is the potential to visit projects worldwide with the design team and so it is hoped that the individual would be open to travel.
