Junior Assistant Financial Broker (Graduate Position)

Reports to: Financial Broker / Senior Advisor

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year finance student based in Vietnam to gain practical experience with an Australian financial services firm. You will work closely with licensed brokers to assist with research, client support, and administration tasks while learning about the Australian finance and investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client data entry and document preparation

• Conduct basic market and investment research

• Support financial brokers in preparing client summaries and reports

• Help prepare draft Statement of Advice under supervision

• Liaise via email or video calls with brokers and support staff in Australia

• Update and maintain CRM and digital filing systems

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Accounting

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Interest in Australian financial markets and regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
