Junior BIM Engineer

This role is centered on delivering high-quality structural design documentation, strictly adhering to European standards (Eurocode), company SOPs, and rigorous QA/QC procedures.

- Design Implementation & Modeling: Prepare precise BIM models and structural design drawings based on provided analysis, strictly following company design standards and SOPs.

- Compliance & Technical Study: Proactively study and fully understand job-related codes and regulations, including Eurocode, technical guidelines, and product specifications to ensure absolute conformity.

- Documentation Review: Carefully review and implement sketches, specifications, and structural analysis reports received from Clients, Architects, and internal teams.

- Quality & Ownership (QA/QC): Be fully responsible for the quality and timeliness of assigned drawings. Undertake QA tasks (check, review, correct, and sign) own or assigned drawings before every submission, ensuring compliance with the company's QA/QC procedures.

- Coordination & Communication: Actively coordinate with the Team Leader, QA Engineer, and other stakeholders for all clarifications, queries, and arisen matters related to drawings and project progress.

- Process Adherence & Reporting: Maintain meticulous notes, design calculations, and documentation. Accurately report on project progression, and ensure meeting personal performance metrics (e.g., delivered planned hours/working time > 70%).

- Continuous Improvement: Propose advice for any opportunity to improve company procedures, and actively participate in mandatory company training sessions and tests.

1. Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate student in a related field (Civil- & Structural Engineering or Technical College).
