Junior Brand Manager

• Implementing Marketing projects for the La Vie brand, including Retail and HOD (supporting or taking a lead role as assigned by the Brand Manager).

• Collaborating with internal and external partners to execute ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities for the La Vie brand.

• Prioritizing experience in projects focused on developing new products, enhancing products/services (including formulas, packaging, repositioning, etc.), and successfully launching new products into the market.

• Monitoring, evaluating, and assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities after implementation; proficient in using basic market research reports.

• Collaborating with Sales, Distribution Channels, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Internal Audit, QA, etc., to execute marketing activities.

• Working together with the Sales department to conduct regular market surveys and reporting to the Brand Management/Marketing Director.

• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong preference for FMCG & food/beverage industries.

- Negotiation and bargaining skills.

- Ability to handle tasks in urgent situations or unexpected incidents.

- Project management skills.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

- Optimistic thinking.
