Junior Customer Service Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct customer surveys to customers

• Interact with customers via hotline, email, Zalo, and other communication channels

• Handle customers’ complaints

• Perform other tasks assigned by the leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.

• Able to communicate in English (basic level)

• Good at analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

• Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different personalities.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge or experience in PR, Marketing, and Sales is a plus.

• Key soft skills: listening, patience, positive attitude, problem-solving, confidence.

• Proactive and passionate about sports is a plus.
