Junior Engineer

TALENTS CULTIVATION ORIENTATION: In the first 1-2 years, the Engineering Trainee would rotate in various cells according to operation planning. i.e. Process industrial engineering, Quality engineering, Testing engineering, Product development dept and so on. To know how to work as an engineer and how the factory operation runs. After the period, they would transfer to a dedicated an engineering or related dept as a formal Engineer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Perform learning active under the departmental training plan, understand the operational process and system, Core engineering jobs in accordance to work instruction, relevant skills and technical data. - Implement assigned tasks and assessment, make sure that related practical operation skills and operation good at using tools, technical manuals. - Learn and familiar with product knowledge and quality control process.
