Junior Immigration Consultant

We are looking for 2 full-time Junior Immigration Consultants to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about international investment and global residency programs, and who wish to grow in a professional and dynamic environment.

1. Job description:

· Make outbound calls (cold calls and warm leads) to potential clients using the company’s database;

· Introduce immigration, study abroad, and work visa programs clearly and professionally;

· Identify client needs, assess initial eligibility and provide basic program information;

· Persuade and follow up with clients to book consultations with senior immigration consultants;

· Maintain accurate records of calls, client information and follow-up activities in the CRM system;

· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets;

· Handle client inquiries via phone, email or messaging platforms;

· Coordinate with the consulting team to ensure smooth client handover;

· Continuously update knowledge of immigration programs, policies and company services.

2. Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, International Relations or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome);

• Experience in telesales, cold calling, customer service or sales is an advantage;

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English communication is a plus;

• Confident phone manner and persuasive communication skills;

• Willingness to learn immigration knowledge and sales techniques;

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).

3. Working conditions and benefits:

• Attractive compensation package: Basic Salary (8 - 10 Million/Month) + Commission + Performance Bonus;

• Working time: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 12am (Saturday);
