Junior Interior Designer

1. To plan and propose inspirational interior design concepts/ solutions, design development and tender/construction to meet with Client’s needs within time and cost constraints as assigned by the direct Manager

2. To take responsibility for the development for the design and the project with input from the Design Manager or Director in charge for key projects stages

3 To prepare and develop with the team where required, conceptual designs, space plans, FF&E selection, presentations, models, images, materials and mood boards and other documents relating to the interior design

4 To coordinate with internal design team for projects to meet project progress schedule

5 To attend the meetings with suppliers/ clients/ other consultants

6. Perform duties assigned by Interior Designer Manager

7 Able to conduct site inspection when required.

- Male/Female graduated from University of Architecture/ Interior Design

- Very Good English Communication and English Technical Term

- Required skills for Revit (a plus), Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max

- Min 1 year of experience in Interior design

- Ambitious, sense for international style interior and good feeling for color/lighting

- Good manner for client’s meeting/ presentations

- Strong communication/ project teamwork
